Revision Policy
We provide revisions based on the package you select. Customers can request unlimited free revisions, and we will revise their design at no additional cost, provided the original design and concept remain the same. The turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.
Fair usage policy
Since we offer unlimited revisions to ensure you get the most out of our services, “unlimited” means up to a maximum of 30 revisions per project. Any revisions beyond this limit may incur additional costs.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to provide maximum protection for both the client and the company. The following terms will apply if an order is cancelled, unless Supwizard cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than breach or non-performance.
How do we protect your information?
Supwizard uses a secure server to protect your private information. All your private or credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring that your data remains confidential when you place your order online.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement
- You are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement. This policy does not apply if the initial designs have been delivered or revisions requested within this timeframe. Refund requests due to a change of mind will not be entertained after this period.
- If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design(s), you are eligible for a full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours of delivery, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- If a refund request is made between 48–120 hours of initial design delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of initial design delivery; however, for 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to contact us for any concerns.
- No refund requests will be entertained if no action is taken on the order within 30 days after placement. Reactivation of the order will incur a fee depending on the project.
- No refund requests will be entertained after final files have been delivered.
- For website packages, no refund requests will be accepted once development is completed or the website is live.
- For video animation packages, no refund requests will be accepted after the storyboard has been designed.
- All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Supwizard, based on the terms of the user agreement, reserves the right to approve or deny requests on a case-by-case basis.
- For custom packages, refunds apply similarly to single packages. For example, if you order logo and web design services and approve the logo, you may claim a refund only for the website service at the initial design stage.
- Refund requests must have a valid reason, qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Refunds will not be given unless the design concept does not meet the brief; however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
- Money-back guarantees apply only if the order is placed in good faith. Orders placed simultaneously with multiple agencies to claim a refund are not considered in good faith, and Supwizard reserves the right to decline such requests.
- All design projects require customer feedback before finalization. Customer involvement is essential to achieve desired results.
- The 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a redesign if a Supwizard-designed logo is found to be considerably similar to an existing logo. Any resemblance to existing designs is coincidental, and Supwizard assumes no responsibility or compensation claims in such cases. It is the client’s responsibility to copyright their artwork.
How to claim your refund

We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Supwizard and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by company. Let us also specify that:
Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, Supwizard would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future. My Account
The My Account area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account area to address any queries, concerns, or additional instructions required by the designer. Not checking or using the Account Area frequently shall not provide you adequate grounds for a refund. However, if you are uncertain how to use the area, you may contact the customer support team at any time for assistance.
Reactivation Policy
We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 Days but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also, if the client is non-responsive for more than 45 Days then the client has to pay an extra caution fee i.e., $150 for re-initiating the project.
Third Party Terms of Use
Certain features of our services may utilize the services of third-party vendors and business partners, which may include software, information, or other services. Some of these vendors and business partners require users who utilize such features to agree to our terms and conditions. This clause identifies third-party terms and conditions required by such vendors and business partners as they apply to the features outlined below. Your use of these features constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. These third-party terms are subject to change at the discretion of the respective third party.

Delivery policy
All design order files are delivered to Account Area as per the date specified on the Order Confirmation Email. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area.
We provide a design order reference number soon after the order is placed, so that the customer may track the status of that order and post revisions against the reference number. We deliver all our customized design orders via e-mail within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.

Communication Policy
You agree that Supwizard is not liable for any correspondence from email address(es) other than those under our own domain, i.e., “contact@supwizard.com ,” or any toll-free number not listed on our website. Supwizard shall not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We take responsibility only for communications through email address(es) under our own domain name and/or via toll-free numbers already listed on Supwizard.
